RETURN
Studio Avì happily accepts unworn, unwashed and unaltered items which you don’t fits, or you don´t like. Please make sure to leave the original tags attached and to fill in the return form for a full refund.
You have 14 days to decide and return from the day you received your items. The return shipping costs are payed by you.

Return process
It’s very simple but will be covered by you
1. Please check the return form we added to your package, fill in the requested information.
2. Send the return box (including return form) back to us to be safe about the
return, please use a shipping service with tracking number and insurance
to make sure that the parcel reaches us.
3. As soon as we receive the package, the money will be refunded the same
way you paid your order. Please be aware that this process can take up to
two weeks.
